The first stage comprised of 5 rounds. A take-home test, a phone interview with the recruiter, two video interviews on technical skills and a final face-to-face interview with the team manager/lead.
The interviews all went very smoothly. HR was very prompt in scheduling and replying. The employees appeared to be friendly and people-oriented.
I thought the last face to face meeting with the team manager/lead went well. Had a decent interview experience, it was casual, relaxed and the questions were not too difficult. The team manager/lead said they will reply by the end of the day regarding progressing to the next few stages.
However, despite emailing the HR twice, I have not heard from them. Thought that it was common courtesy/decency to provide a simple reply, even if it were a rejection.
This really made me question if the organisation is truly as genuine and people-oriented like what they have advertised themselves to be. HR and employees seem really phony to me in retrospect.
It is a true red flag when the organisation's processes do not align with their so-called 'values'.
