I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Airbnb (Milan) in Mar 2015
Interview
I did 6 interviews and then get out of the process as "my profile was not in line with the search". Seriously guys, after 6 interviews? What about reading my CV? Poor management of the process and very stupid involve people not from the same field, valuating your competencies.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airbnb
Interview
Intense process, with a lot of phone interviews (minimum 6) talking about my experience, personal perception about the company and opinions about how I would manage some situations (crisis, announcements, events). Nice and smart people in every interview. They are very interested in personal abilities and yours relations with local media. I would recommend to give them examples about your personal relation with journalists, giving names and specific actions.
