Interview
Recruiter reached out. 2 technical phone screens, then 1 onsite. Wasn't told until after the onsite that there might be further technical interviews, and there will be a cross-functional interview. Company took weeks to get back after onsite. Recruiter said they're putting together an offer and then suddenly said they decided not to move forward at the last step. Feedback seemed subjective as I heard conflicting feedback from the different recruiters throughout the process. Was not the experience I expected from Airbnb based on their culture.
Recruiter is super responsive and helping with team matching. People are friendly. Process is standard. Coding question is difficult which is like leetcode hard question. SD interview is standard but question is specific to Airbnb domain.

The HR asked about my experience and mentioned that their coding question is very difficult. So, we scheduled the first technical interview for two weeks later.
