Process was quite lengthy but they were upfront about it and recruiter was very helpful throughout. There was a strong emphasis on the core values in all rounds. The last couple rounds were only focused on the core values.
I went through 3 interviews and 1 written test. Initially, I was told that I would meet with the hiring manager's manager, but this was suddenly cancelled, and a few weeks later, the internal recruiter informed me that they had hired another candidate. This was quite disappointing, given the hours of preparation that I had put in, but it is a tough market for candidates right now.
The interview was a relaxed and positive conversation, creating the impression it went well. However, it ultimately led to a rejection without any feedback or explanation, leaving the outcome unclear.
