Although I wasn't selected in the end, it has been one of the most uplifting interview experiences I've had. The recruiter consistently communicated with me throughout the process and ensured I was clear on timelines and expectations. He even spent time coaching me before the panel interview. The hiring manager and peers were so kind and welcoming which made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the process. The core values were fun as well. It felt like they cared to know me as a person. It was also admittedly fun to share travel stories and life lessons learned from globetrotting! I will definitely keep an eye out for other roles in the future.
