It was a very thorough process that included multiple interviewers and core values check. I had to go back 3 times and talked to 6 different people (plus the core values interview)
The whole process was very long, took like 4 hours to interview with various people. In the end I was ultimately rejected, one interviewer in the legal department was particularly nasty. Not the best experience.

Challenging but meaningful. Lots of short informal interviews. No major presentations quantitative tests etc. Overall a pleasant and meaningful experience. Appropriate amount of difficulty and challenge. Did not receive and offer but felt quite pleased about the process

Got to see the office space which was nice. Interview was a little long (many people and some felt redundant by the end). Airbnb HR was very prompt and professional, and interviewers were nice / smart.
