I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Airbnb (Madrid) in Nov 2022
Interview
I have been contacted by HR. The first interview was between me and the recruiter (me with the camera on and the recruiter with the camera off). The rest of the interviewers (4 in total). I felt not comfortable and noticed a lack of empathy. They were very focused on "diversity and inclusion" topics and good vibes, but in the end, I noticed only rude behaviours there and not even a smile.
