Took several months. Seemed like they were in no hurry to fill the position. The phone interviews were 3-4 weeks apart, then it was 4 weeks until the final 3 interviews, which happened all in one day. Took another week for a decision.

What is the first thing you look at in reviewing the p&l?
They were not professional. Recruiting would say one thing then do another. They already didn't want to hire me from the beginning. Recruiter scheduled a call with me for a phone briefing, asked to reschedule then ghosted me.

Pleasant but thorough with questions related to the job duties and responsibilities. Multiple interviews with different divisions of the company; safety, finance, operations, marketing and HR. Did not make it past 2nd round.

Interview
