The recruiting team was great and communicative but didn’t get a good vibe from the employees there. They don’t seem very happy and I wasn’t sold on their life at Airswift besides that they enjoy the Fridays off. The part I disliked the most though was that I was asked hardly any questions about my experience during the team interviews so May have been why I didn’t get another round. Overall tho I believe they have strong clients and good work / life balance just not sure if I feel that employees conveyed passion.
