Start with Recruiter then hiring manager then series of round robin with cross functional team then with org leader. Pretty clear cut and streamlined, and good communication throughout the process.
Smooth for the most part, had multiple rounds but felt like I learned a lot each step of the way. Had recruiter screen, hiring manager call, then a final round interview with 5 folks split into two days.
