      Program Manager Interview

      Sep 25, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Airtable in Sep 2020

      Interview

Unfortunately, I have to echo the experience of some of the reviewers. Cursory is a good description. I'm not bitter. I am someone who has been paid as an interview coach, and this is the first time I've written a Glassdoor review. I only got asked a total of three, very general questions. Either the recruiter already had candidates in mind for the role or did not have questions ready. If it's the former, they should have just said that over the phone, and I would have maintained the relationship for when other opportunities opened up.

      Question 1

Q: TMAY - Tell me about yourself Q: One follow-up on the TMAY Q: What are you looking for in your next role? That's it.
