Speak with a recruiter> speak with your would be direct manager about your experience in CS> speak with their manager about he same thing> speak with the manager on the Account Management side to talk about collaboration> speak with your direct manager again to get a feel for personality traits> present a QBR> walk through a product exercise.
Interview process was difficult in the sense that they are asking you for a lot of your time especially if you are going to put a large effort into prepping for calls, building the presentation, and learning the product. AirTable is at least aware that they are taking a lot of your time. They sent a DoorDash gift certificate which is thoughtful.
My experience is neutral because I felt that I covered 95% of what they were looking for and could've either learned the 5% or been asked more direct questions to provide those answers they were looking for. It is fair for them to look for 100% but it would have been more acceptable if they went with a different candidate.
