The recruiter contacted me regarding the Senior Solutions Consultant role. I responded promptly to his message but did not receive a reply for several days. Eventually, I had to reach out to the hiring manager to get a response from the recruiter. A few weeks later, we scheduled an online interview, but the recruiter did not show up. After I sent a follow-up email, he responded that "something came up". We rescheduled the interview, which was relatively brief as the recruiter did not ask many questions. I was told I would receive feedback within a week, but once again, I had to follow up to learn that they had decided to proceed with another candidate. While the hiring manager was professional and communicative, my experience with the recruiter left a negative impression of the company's hiring process.
