I was referred to this position and have interviewed before at Airtable, so I knew what to expect. They do a pretty good job of cutting right to the point once you get into the second and third rounds of interviews. They are also more respectful than typical big tech companies, giving you answers to questions you may have and making you feel like you really have a shot at getting the opportunity.
