Recruiter (not from Airtime, third-party) reached out to me in March 2019, the whole process took 2 months, which includes one phone screen with the third party recruiter, another phone screen with the director of engineer, one computer network related coding challenge, one video interview with one senior engineer on the team, followed by an on-site interview. Despite the long overall process I did not experience too much pressure.
