Because of your input, we are tweaking our process to avoid such confusion in the future. To address your concern, we have modified our “request for candidate availability” email to specify if you have not received a confirmation from your recruiter within 3 days of submitting your availability, we will ask the candidate to follow-up directly with the recruiter to secure a space on the schedule.
