      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Airtime (Austin, TX) in Sep 2020

      Interview

The interview process was incredible! I loved everyone I met (soon to be my future team). They were all so enthusiastic. I knew I would be supported, given the opportunity to join the team. At the time, the recruiting team was made up of 3 people, and I was interviewing to be the fourth member and the sole Recruiting Coordinator. The entire interview process took about a week. Two phone calls (recruiter and team lead) and one zoom interview (VP of People/Finance).
