Screening round - The HR connected with me on LinkedIn to apply for this role seeing my profile on LinkedIn. She and one of her partners took 30-40 mins interview and sent an invitation for 1st round with 2 others in airwallex based in China.
1st round - only one person showed up and he seems not much interested. Interview was scheduled for 45 minutes , it went on for 50 minutes. He did not had any domain specific experience which is payments and he was only talking.
After 3 days I got rejection. I could see in all job boards this position is open from months and they are again putting same position as open. I am just guessing they are doing time pass in name of interviews , A fun time for them :-) . I really hope they will get their dream Product manager soon.
One tip for serious applicants- Prepare well for product management concepts and appear for interview. If you still get rejected then it is their problem and not yours. There are many other promising and ethical Fintechs out there.

One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
