Interview process was okay but I was constantly told how hard I was going to have to work and told they weren't sure if I was ready for it, to the point it started to make me doubt whether I would have any life outside of work. Role was changed on me during the final conversation where I was offered the role, and the reason being, "we're not sure if you're ready for it and have the experience we need but we are happy to give it a go". In one of the interviews, the interviewers both turned up late but then also left early because they had something else to do.
