Interview
There's a misalignment between the assignment and interview expectations. Assignment instructions are not clear and they expect you to do a deep dive and create a marketing plan based on an audience that you have to research. Assignment suggests 2-3 hours of work but the interview panel expects you to know their audience, their value props, the message you will be using, define the customer personas, the channel mix, and tactical plan.
Very bad interview experience.

Interview
Recruiter interview only. The recruiter said they will put the application forward and organise next steps, and share some more information on the company with me. A week of radio silence later the recruiter said they decided not to move forward. When asked for feedback radio silence again. Very disrespectful of the candidate's time. And judging by the percentage of negative interview experiences on Glassdoor here, it's very obvious my experience is not a one-off occurrence. Very disappointing when companies are so unorganised in interview processes and take so little regard for candidates' time and experience.

Interview
Interviewed with hiring manager and then someone locally. A 3rd interview was cancelled, but was moved forward to a case study. The case study was extensive and required quite a bit of research. 15+ hours of work later, the interview was cancelled the day before. As stated in other reviews, disrespectful of candidate time, though I will say my recruiter did her best and was great, just overruled by business team.
