The position was advertised as strategy manager. Half-way through the interview, the interviewer suggested an interesting product manager role, which turned out to be a good fit. Most of the interviewers are friendly and supportive.

One of those where you get encouraged to apply by their recruiter and then you get rejected after stage 1 for "being overqualified". The worst part? Lack of feedback, even when requested.
