Basically, the process was kind of fast-paced, however, how the hiring manager deals with people is kind of poor. I got contacted during my vacations and I was asked to complete a home task in three days maximum. It took longer than six hours easily + three interviews, so almost ten hours. All those interviews were done in less than one week, and I let them know that was kind of difficult for me as I was on vacation without the proper tools to deal with it. After finishing those steps I received no updates from this hiring manager or Airwallex at all, which is clearly disappointing. If the company deals with people in that way before getting hired, I cannot imagine how would be their behavior once you already join them and you have no choice but to collaborate. Airwallex, this is not Tinder, ghosting people is not professional.
