First of all, it was a very tiring process. I interviewed for around 2 months and I did an assignment + 3 revisions + 4 technical interviews. It was very unclear what they wanted. First, they said they want a DevOps engineer, then they said I can start as a Developer because in their opinion I am a better fit to the dev team. Then they said that I don’t have knowledge on IaaS or GitOps out of blue which was never mentioned before. I did a Java assignment which was unrelated to the things they asked. I would really suggest them to clear their requirements before interviewing candidates and wasting their time. Also, in the second before last interview, one of the founders named Qiao joined and never spoke with me at all and then left which was very rude and he didn’t apologize at all. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience for me and good luck with their unclear search. PS: Their CTO’s English was very difficult to understand with a pretty bad accent and it is like a boss company where they only listen what bosses say, nothing else.
