Very poor Candidate experience! I was asked to consider this role by an actual Airwallex employee who wanted to refer me to the company. Sounded interesting, seemed a good fit to my background. Multiple Airwallex people looked at my LinkedIn profile, nobody bothered to get in touch. No feedback, no acknowledgement, complete silence and then a generic email from their ATS saying my application was unsuccessful, very odd and extremely unprofessional considering i didn’t apply for the job. I have heard so many people say the same thing about Airwallex, unprofessional Talent Acquisition, poor processes, high staff turnover and toxic culture, typical start-up mentality. This role has now been open for 9 months, hardly surprising.
