Process was fairly straightforward, was invited to book in a call with the recruiter after I applied, was a pleasant chat with him. I was told I would have feedback the next day. Didn't hear back and I followed up a few days later (appreciate everyone is busy yano) - got completely ghosted when I asked about decision/feedback and looking at other reviews this seems to be a general thing at Airwallex With the current market right now I think this is an abysmal way of treating candidates. There is so much time spent on researching and prepping to be ready for that call and at least the recruiter can do is get back to someone with feedback when they have taken the time to interview, it takes 2 minutes (especially when the recruiter was as senior as he was) Definitely given a very bad impression of this company which is sad because I think what the company does is great
