1st interview with recruiter in HK. Basic questions knowing more about the background of my experience. Scheduled for 30mins which i believe is too short for an experienced candidate during screening stage. No update for weeks hence did not impress me in the candidate experience part.

It was a quick process from initial interview to speaking with the team. I did not get the job but they sent a nice, thoughtful email response versus getting disqualified from the ATS. I wish they could provide more information on the reason I was passed upon as an opportunity for continued growth.

the process wasn't very enjoyable. the recruiter sounded bored and was very passive whenever i ask her more about the company/team etc.
might be a one off incident. as a TA person myself, i was surprised at how the recruiter conducted the interview.
