It was a 3 stage interview: 1 hour Zoom interview with a manager from the US, a case study with presentation and a call with the EMEA general manager. I passed the first 2 with flying colors but after the 3rd call with the general manager (who was also in late) I have been completely ghosted. I genuinely do not understand what happened there but giving the complexity of the interviews it was very unprofessional to say the least.
