Talent manager reached out via linkedin, Zoom call screening with talent manager, then 1st interview with Head of Sales, 2nd interview with senior members of the team. Seems like they were after someone very experienced given their ambitious goals over next few years.
Too extensive for the role itself. Rather sterile interview with HR as usual and not the most welcoming experience. Nice Manager with initial interview. The HR interview could have been better

Interview
The recruiter handled screening quickly, moving me to the first interview with the hiring manager. Even though I didn’t pass, the process felt smooth and efficient. base salary + up to 50% salary depends on performance.
Got through to the third round but assume there were more stages. Spoke to the TA for an introductory call, then the Head of AM. The third stage was with the Partnerships Lead.
