Applied on a thursday and had an video interview with hiring manager on next Monday. Then had 1hr zoom interviews with each of the departments over the next 3 weeks. At which point, was asked to fly out to interview in-person. Questions at each phase were mostly wrote interview questions pulled straight from LinkedIn. I was given a tour of the warehouse and some of the plant. The warehouse was messy and there were holes in the wall in the shipping area. I was asked the same questions in-person as I was on the video calls. I was told I would hear back within a week, but i reached out and was ghosted by them, had to harass them to get reimbursement they promised for the trip out for interview.
