Initial phone interview with a recruiter, first face-to-face with my new boss and one peer from my team, second and last interview was a panel of peers and I had to give a presentation, I was made an offer 3 days later! GOOD JOB! They asked the typical behavior-based questions and I knew immediately I wanted to be part of this team. The people I would be working for and with were warm, genuine and even talked about some cultural and process challenges the company was currently facing.
