I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AkzoNobel (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2011

Interview

told me that it was a one on one but it turned out to be a panel interview- quite scary/stressful. they told me immediately that I had passed the interview but when they did get back to me it was after a month. i only got a formal letter of employment in may.
