The Process starts with a formal application at the AkzoNobel Website, with CV and cover letter. This is followed by an online assessment test. After which there is an interviews. Aprox 50 people were called for the interview, out of which 25 were selected. Overall the probability of getting selected depends on how many with similar background has applied for the master class. This is because they try to have students with a mixed background for this master class.
