I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AkzoNobel (Sassenheim) in Sep 2015
Interview
There was a telephone screening followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager. After that there was an online assessment (numerical and verbal reasoning as well as logics test). Then I had 2 more face to face interviews with people from the team. Unfortunately I didnt make it to the last interview but generally it was a very pleasant and quick interview process. No weird questions. I received a call with detailed feedback on why I was not selected which I found very professional.
