My recent experience with the company's interview process was terrible. I was asked to prepare a strategic presentation during the initial round, outlining how I would contribute to the B2B market in the role. Despite investing a lot of time and effort into this task, I never received any follow-up communication after the interview. It's disappointing when a company doesn't have the decency to at least inform candidates of their application status, especially after requesting significant preparation. The lack of communication reflects poorly on their professionalism and leaves me with a very negative impression. I would never consider reapplying.
