      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Alarm.com

      Interview

The recruiter was extremely enthusiastic all throughout the process, she answered my questions in a timely manner. I ultimately was invited to go down to their headquarters, (They paid for my flight and hotel) which I thought went well. The recruiter (Brittney) then ghosted me after I emailed her several times because I never heard back. Extremely unprofessional! Be wary!

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alarm.com (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2023

      Interview

The interview process involved three phone calls or zoom calls. All of which seemed good on the surface. However the recruiter wasn't responsive to emails. Then I was told I would have an answer by the end of the week. At exactly 8am on Monday morning I received a form email that didn't even exactly match with my situation telling me I wasn't getting an offer. In addition, many of the perks they list on the job description are no longer available perks.
