I was surprised with how long the interview was. I had no idea what I was walking into and ended up meeting, virtually, about 8 people in 3 hours. It was challenging to even get to know those interviewing me and some even seemed confused as to why they were selected to be part of the process. It felt as if they didn't know what they were looking for and were hoping a candidate would answer those questions for them.
