I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Albertsons Companies (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
Called right after I applied. Set up Google Hangout interview then an in person with 3 ppl. Everything was great until I got the third person who was the manager of customer experience.
Honestly, after reading the other review I wondered myself if everyone is quitting why would I work here but did the interview anyway.
It was a waste of time. They aren't #1 and didn't even seem busy. Being in customer service as long as I have been the manager honestly acted like he didn't care what you said as long as you said the right things. I care about transparency in a company, guess they don't. I got a job with another company that same day so I didn't even realize they passed. I was a call center supervisor before and the vibe I got in the center was terrible. Young and naive. So very sad we don't value skills. Plus I think it was temporary it was just overall wasteful and not clear.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Albertsons Companies (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online, got an email the next day to set up a video interview, which was followed by an in-person interview. Spoke with 2 customer experience managers in a tiny room where I was asked strictly personality questions like "On a scale from 0-10, how weird are you?" and "What's your spirit animal?" I honestly thought the interview went really well. It was a great conversation and they seemed to like me but I received an email the following day saying they were not moving on with my application. Not entirely sure what they are looking for.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Albertsons Companies (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
Started with a video chat interview. After that, I went in for three interviews. It was almost entirely personality based questions (which makes sense for a Customer Experience role). Met with a Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, and VP of CX.
