Everything started with an online application. Then a short list was created until they decided to interview myself and another candidate. The interview was held by the local branch manager and the future manager for the position. The questions were related to the work that would be performed. The overall experience was very positive because not only I knew the interviewer but also I ended up receiving a job offer.
