Interview
Very professional people, well organized and clear about where they were going and what they needed to get there. They simply explained what the job was about and asked me questions related to my experience around that description. I spoke with the people that I would work for and also people I would work with during the process. All communication even offer negotiation was professional and courteous.

Interview
Ex-boss joined the organisation and invited me to meet his boss. It took almost 3 weeks to organise that meeting. After the meeting HR team wanted to meet, and asked for few documentation, which took another 3-4 weeks and then final negotaitions and the offer.
