I got the interview via employee referral, there were 3 technical rounds and one HR round. The first two rounds, which were 1:1, were taken by senior managers; 40% of the questions asked were from my resume and 50% assessment was done by giving me situations the remaining 10% were general questions. The 3rd round was taken by a very senior program manager, which was telephonic interview and lasted for an hour and a half, this was one of the toughest rounds. The interview started with my earliest experience that I had mentioned in my resume, which quite frankly took me by surprise, and then he worked his way up to my current role. The questions were mainly focused on what all have I done in my carrier including deep dive of the processes which were followed along the way. The last round was the HR round, which I'd say was typical.

Contacted by HR for a phone screen, invited for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. I was asked about my background and work experiences in relation to the position.
