Alcatel-Lucent Software Development Engineer interview questions

Phone interview with some coding and technical questions, as well questions on previous work experience. Few weeks after that there was first in person interview, than couple of weeks after another set of in person interviews, with team members, team lead and manager, all in the same day. This round involved some more coding and technical questions, as well as behavioral questions with the manager. The interview was not easy but it was pleasant experience overall.
