After 5 interviews the last one being an in person two hour interview they sent a generic one line rejection email. I’m glad this didn’t work out as the fact that after wasting so much of a candidate’s time they don’t even have the common decency to send a personalized rejection speaks to their culture. They try to tell you during the interview not to read the Glassdoor reviews, but it’s clear to that the reviews are an accurate reflection of the culture and how poorly they value their people.
Received a lot of helpful information about the company in the preliminary phone screen. It was much more of a two-way conversation than an interrogation, which it can feel like as recruiters are just running through a list of questions.
