Alcon Graphic Design interview questions

Sat down with the human resources director and design manager for an interview at their Fort Worth location. Both were very nice ladies. The design director asked most of the questions, all pretty standard interview type questions. They looked through my portfolio and asked questions as they went through. The position was for an in-house design job, consisting of creating pieces mainly for Alcon's marketing group and events held within the company. (Not working with the Alcon brand itself)
