I thought all people I interacted with were nice and enjoyed the interview process. There are 5 steps in total and they are very responsive throughout the process. I especially enjoyed the first technical recruiter I talked to. Make sure you have enough time to sit through the technical assessment in one setting when taking it.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience?
What size teams have you led under what timeline?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aledade (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
First was HR interview - included both about experience and skills and some behavioral like “How would you deal with missed deadlines?”, “What are your strengths and weaknesses?”
Next was a 1 hr technical interview with two Senior engineers. The interviewers were pleasant.
The questions included topics of SQL, REST APIs, .NET and C# programming concepts and design questions - abstract classes be Interfaces; what is dependency injection; difference between PUT and POST, etc.
Next was supposed to be a take-home assessment which you’re given a week or 5 days to complete. I didn’t make it to this round.
I honestly evaluated myself to have done well and was expecting to proceed to the next round. I don’t know what level of perfection they needed.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aledade in Jan 2024
Interview
First round was no issue. Tech screen to design a solution for an elevator. No white board or anything. Pretty straight forward. Then the take home. 1 python, 1 sql. As others have said it was the same.
The bad here was that they tried to tell me my sql solution didn't work. Well i wouldn't have submitted it if hadnt worked. Total bs IMO. I tested everything in postgres in my own env and made sure it all worked. Wasted my time. I thought maybe i'd try to prove to them it worked but that would have just wasted more of my time. Steer clear!
