Curriculum, cover letter and filling a large form of personal data are mandatory as usual. Then I have received an email forcing me to download a third party app to solve cognitive questions and share my personal data, saying that not doing it, will be considered as pushing my application back. All of this without a real intention of being hired. It happened at the very first day after I submitted my application

They asked common questions and everything went well, so I got into that I will go to the company but that never happened and I contacted my regruter but she told me they tried to call me and move on with other candidate.
