cDuring the first round of the interview, I felt very welcomed and at ease. It was a face-to-face meeting with the Talent Acquisition team and the Head of Communications. The atmosphere was more of a friendly discussion rather than a formal interview. They began by explaining the role and its background, then invited me to share my experience and skills. The second round was with the HR Leader, conducted online. This session was more in-depth, focusing on my previous KPIs, goals, and performance. Overall, both rounds of interviews were insightful and engaging, reflecting a thorough and supportive hiring process.
