Interview
I got a refer for a research intern at Seattle, so there is no code test. After applying online, there are 5 rounds of phone interviews. For later interviews, the rank of the interviewers become higher, the 4th round is a cross-interview from Hangzhou and the last round is from HR.

Question 1
The first interview asked about basic math problems as well as my research, the later ones are more focused on my research, they asked critical questions on the weakness of the methodologies. The HR interview asks more personality and you need to summarize your research in a simple way.

They arranged three rounds of interviews, the first round focused on work experience and job match, the second round was an interview with cross-level leaders, focusing on work experience, personal thinking and views on the industry, and the third round was a video interview, focusing on exploring my personal characteristics
