I applied online. I interviewed at Allegiant Air in Dec 2014
Interview
Applied online. Got a call from the recruiter within couple weeks, asking for general availability, interest in the company, etc. At the end of the phone call, she scheduled me for the next round with the hiring manager of the group. In total there were 4 rounds. Three over the phone and skype with different managers and the fourth one was on-site in Las Vegas (with five 30-min rounds with 10 people in total). Phone interviews had standard questions related to the airline operations, scenarios, past experiences and behavioral type. Third round of interview included an hour excel test (mainly calculating financial parameters based on annual financial statements). Questions in fourth round were similar to the phone interview with an addition of brief management-style presentation. The recruiter got back to me with an offer within couple days after the on-site.

Question 1
Nothing difficult, but below are the questions repeated throughout the interview
1. Interest in Allegiant/ Why Allegiant?
2. Estimation questions - estimate total daily departures on an airport, total orange juice glasses consumed in a city, etc.
3. Questions on allegiant's business model. All the questions related to this could be answered based on ULCC mode, ancillary revenue scheme and low cost fleet. Be prepared for the questions on market entry strategies and truly understand how an airline is operated.
They first asked for a phone screen interview. After passing that, you do a Teams interview with some team members. Unfortunately, I do not know the rest of the process.
Standard interview process with an initial phone screening and two virtual interviews. The final interview will be a panel-style, two-hour long interview. Interview questions were relatively straightforward, with occasional questions assessing technical/analytical skills.
The interview process was quite difficult for what the role was. Questions were quite technical as well. Interview process consisted of 5+ interviews. It was quite disjointed as well. Not the greatest experience
