One of the best interview processes that I have participated in! Start with filling out your online job application and upload your resume, if selected you are then notified to proceed with online video interview. Then the next step if selected, is the invite to an informational session on the company. ...which I must say is very informative and done in a manner to put you at ease! The recruitment team is awesome and do an excellent job. After information session you leave room so the can rearrange seating into groups of approx. 8, where you then start with standing stating your name, number, base you prefer, and recite announcement previously given to memorize....just remember to LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS. . Alot of people have problems with doing what they are told, EXACTLY as TOLD! And just relax and be yourself. Then you and person next to you will have a situational question to read and go over together and come up together with how you would deal with the situation. After that, another index card for each person with a core value, and you then individually answer how you personally feel about it or how it may pertain to you.
After all group interviews everyone exits room and waits. They then called in some people, who then were told they unfortunately were done with the process. The remainder of us were then told we get face to face interviews! Also then we were given some paperwork to fill out and some to take home to complete if offered a spot in training.
One on one interviews are relaxed...I think because they have such an awesome recruitment team, who genuinely care, and don't act like it's a bother after the long day. Which they keep the day rolling along very smoothly!
I was then told I would hear either way after the holiday weekend... and day after I returned home, received email for skills references.... so I'm patiently waiting and hoping that I'm selected for training... Now more than ever I want to join the Allegiant team and represent such an awesome company!
