Interview
Very easy-going set of job interviews. I spoke at first with HR by phone, then an online call with the head of the function and a senior. Finally, I was invited to the firm where the head of HR made me an offer.

Interview
I applied online on a Saturday and got a call by Tuesday to set up a phone interview. I did a phone interview Wednesday with HR then a phone interview Thursday with my potential boss. I was called the next day, Friday, to set up an in-person interview. It took a little under a week to hear back from the scheduler with an official date, and I went in the week after that for the in person interview. I talked to HR the next day to go over how I felt the interview went, and they called me about a week later (after reviewing other candidates) to give me the job offer. So the whole process took about 4 weeks.

Question 1
The initial phone interview went over questions like why do you want to work for this company. The second phone interview went over more technical aspects to figure out how well I would do in the position, and examined my work history and education. The in-person interview consisted of a tour of the facility and was based on behavioral style questions, such as name a time when you discovered a co-worker was doing something unethical, and how did you handle it.
